Our firm receives a higher percentage, only as the case progresses and more work is required from us. Frequently, other lawyers charge a flat percentage (for example, 35%) even if the case settles immediately. Maximize your portion of the money, as you are the one who suffered from the injury. Another benefit of our Triple Tier rates is how low they are. Other lawyers frequently charge between 33% - 40%. Our rates start at 23% and only reach 33% if Trial has begun, which in most cases does not occur. Our philosophy is to provide professional legal services at reasonable rates.
